No Refunds Policy
All sales are final once service has been performed.

1. All Sales Final
Because lawn, landscape, and excavation work consumes labor, fuel, and materials that cannot be returned, all completed services are final and non-refundable. Payments for completed visits, installed materials, and dispatched crews will not be refunded.
2. Deposits
Deposits secure scheduling, materials, and crew time. Once we have ordered materials or scheduled crews for your project, deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel before any work begins or materials are ordered, your deposit may be refunded at our discretion, less a reasonable administrative fee.
3. Service Issues
If you are not satisfied with a completed visit, contact us within 72 hours. Our standard remedy is to return and correct the issue at no additional charge. We do not issue cash refunds in lieu of corrective work.
4. Recurring Maintenance
Prepaid maintenance plans may be paused or cancelled going forward (see our Cancellation Policy). We do not refund visits already performed. Unused prepaid visits may be credited toward future service at our discretion.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a completed service in violation of this policy may result in suspension of service, a collections referral, and recovery of associated fees.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only where required by applicable law or in our sole discretion in unusual circumstances. Any exception is not a waiver of this policy.
