M&I Lawncare crew at sunrise beside a branded service truck

About

Family-owned. Oklahoma & North Carolina grown. Built to last.

M&I has been caring for properties across Oklahoma and North Carolina since 2008 — through ice storms, droughts, and everything between.

Our story

Started with one truck.
Now two states strong.

M&I Lawncare Service & Maintenance Corporation began in 2008 with a single mower, a pickup, and a handful of neighbors who needed a dependable crew.

Sixteen years later we operate a full commercial fleet, run dedicated accounts teams for property management firms across the OKC metro, and still answer the phone the way we did on day one.

We're certified, insured, and proud to be one of the few grounds companies trusted with both century-old estate properties and brand-new corporate campuses — and we now run the same playbook across North Carolina, delivering the identical service standard to clients from Charlotte to the Triangle to the coast.
