Cancellation Policy
How to cancel or reschedule appointments and recurring service.

1. One-Time Bookings
- 48+ hours notice: Cancel or reschedule at no charge.
- 24–48 hours notice: A 25% rescheduling fee may apply.
- Less than 24 hours / no-show: Up to 50% of the booked service price may be charged to cover crew time and lost slot revenue.
2. Recurring Maintenance
You may pause or cancel recurring service at any time with at least seven (7) days’ notice before your next scheduled visit. Visits already on the upcoming week’s route may still be performed and billed.
3. Landscape and Excavation Projects
Once materials have been ordered or crews scheduled, project deposits are non-refundable. Cancelled projects will be billed for materials, restocking fees, and any work already performed.
4. Cancellations by Us
We may reschedule due to weather, safety, or equipment issues. We will notify you as early as possible. No cancellation fee applies when we initiate the change.
5. How to Cancel
